9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday
9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday
Closed Sunday and Monday

Are all your technicians certified?
Absolutely, with a wide range of certifications.

How long will it take to fix my computer?
Though it depends on the issue you are having,
most computer issues are resolved in 2 - 4
business days. For emergencies, we also offer
a rush service.

Will 70 Dollar Saturday only cost me 70 Dollars?
Yes, if it does not require hardware. All software issues are covered, though hardware is additional, and we will call you and let you know if there is an additional charge.

How does my computer get infected by a virus?
Different viruses have different ways of
infecting a computer. Infection can occur if
you start your computer from an already
infected disk, use an infected file or
application on your computer, or use your
disk in an infected computer that then
spreads the infection to your disk.

Is there a charge to figure out what's wrong
with the computer?

At Net X, we believe in our free diagnostic program,
where we diagnose any computer free of charge.

Do you support products that weren't purchased from you?
Yes, we support products that were purchased from other manufactures or businesses. However, warranties are not transferable.
Is it cheaper to upgrade my existing system or buy a new one?
It is usually cheaper to upgrade and existing system instead of purchasing a new one. However, sometimes it may not be cost effective to upgrade due to the age of the computer or software.
